NotGuilty is a busy studio, and we try to post about 2-3 times a week. All Items will be shipped within 7 working days of your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. 

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. International Orders will be shipped via standard Airmail. If you need a tracking number please email us after placing your order.

NotGuilty is not responsible for any international shipping delays and is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes. We are also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items however will offer assistance making a claim.

All items purchased are individually packaged by hand and are personally sent by us, therefore guaranteeing you a good service.
